Learn Vista - Replying To And Forwarding a Message on Windows Mail

The replied messages and the forwarded messages can be identified by "Re:" text and "Fw:" text at the beginning of the subject/title respectively. While at the bottom side of those messages content contain the sender e-mail content. You can easily reply to or forward a message in Windows Mail.

To reply to or forward a message:

- In Windows Mail, click you Inbox folder at the left pane.

- Then at the right pane, click the message that you want to reply to or you want to forward.


- Click Reply button on the toolbar to reply to the sender of the message only. Or click Reply All button on the toolbar to reply to everyone on the To: and Cc: lines. If you want to forward the message to someone, click Forward button on the toolbar.



- After that, Windows Mail will make a new message for you, which its subject/title contains "Re:" text if you reply to it, or contains "Fw:" text if you forward it.

- Then you can type your message there. When you've finished typing, now click Send button to send the message right away.
