One of the uniqueness in Windows Vista is that you can resize icons in Desktop or Windows Explorer quicker by using mouse wheel. To do that, while on the desktop or Windows Explorer, hold down the CTRL key, and then scroll the mouse wheel up or down to change the size of icons there.
If you perform CTRL + Mouse Wheel while opening a webpage in Internet Explorer 7, then it will zoom in or out the webpage.
