Vista Tips - Locking the Taskbar

If the Taskbar is not locked, you or someone else may accidentally move it to other position such as top, right or left side of your screen. So in order to keep it at bottom of screen, you must lock it.

Locking the Taskbar is very easy, just right-click the taskbar, and then click Lock the Taskbar.
If you want to unlock it, just repeat that step again.
