 | Generally, ones make a digital drawing using vector based graphics softwares such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw, but not using softwares like Photoshop or Gimp which are bitmap based one. However that's not entirely true, with certain techniques, we will be able to draw objects or natural scenery using Photoshop, even the end result can be better and nicer, and more similar to the original picture.
