You can easily delete a user account through the Windows Control Panel.
To delete a user account:
- Open Control Panel. (Click Start menu, then click Control Panel).
- In Control Panel, click Add or remove user accounts. Then click the account that you want to delete.
- Click Delete the account.
- Next, click Keep Files button if you want to delete the account and save the contents of the Desktop, Documents, Favorites, Music, Pictures, and Videos folders into a new folder in your desktop, or click Delete Files button if you want to delete the account without saving your files, or click Cancel button to cancel deleting the account.

Important !!!
If you choose/click the Delete Files button, all your documents/files in common folder (Documents, Favorites, Music, Pictures, etc) will be deleted and can not be restored.

- On confirmation window, click Delete Account button.
