Turning Windows Vista Features On or Off

Windows Vista comes with some additional features that you can use on your computer. But by default, some of them are turned off. You have to turn them on before you can use. You can also turn off some features if you think they are not really necessary for you.

To turn on or off Window Vista features:

- Open Control Panel (Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel).

- In Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Turn Windows features on or off.

- In the Windows Features dialog box,
choose and turn on the feature that you want to use, by selecting the check box next to the feature. If you want to turn off a feature, just clear the check box.

- Finish it by clicking OK button.
