Displaying the Control Panel as a Cascading Menu

Control Panel is the center to modify every aspects on your Windows XP. In order to access its contents, you must open the Control Panel window. However, you can set the Control Panel to be a cascading menu on Start menu, expanding all items so that you can open each item only with one-click.



To display Control Pane as a cascading menu:

- Right-click the blank part of the taskbar, and then click Properties.

- In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box, click the Start Menu tab.

- Click the Customize button and then choose the Advanced tab.

- Under the Start menu items, locate Control Panel, and under it, select Display as a menu.



- Click OK button, and close other dialog boxes.

Now, to see the result, click the Start button and point to Control Panel. You see it expanding and displaying all items. Just click any item that you want to use. It's very efficient and saves more time.
