To check for your e-mail automatically:
- Open Windows Mail. (Click Start menu > All Programs > Windows Mail).
- Click the Tools menu from toolbar, and then click Options.
- On the Options window, click the General tab, and then select the Check for new messages every check box and enter the time period.
- You can also select the Send and receive messages at startup check box so that Windows Mail will send and check for your e-mail when you open Windows Mail.
- Click OK button.
To check for your e-mail manually:
- Open Windows Mail. (Click Start menu > All Programs > Windows Mail).
- Click the Tools menu from toolbar, click Send and Receive, and then click Receive All. Then Windows Mail will check for and download your new e-mail.
